Job Description:

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering Team Leader to build and lead a high-performing development team, ensuring timely delivery of top-quality work. You will drive the development of innovative multidisciplinary systems from concept to implementation. In addition, you will collaborate with and manage relationships with multiple subcontractors to achieve project success. As the Mechanical Engineering R&D Manager, you will explore and evaluate integrating off-the-shelf components to improve system performance and time to market.

Main Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

·       BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering

·       Experience as an R&D engineer in a multidisciplinary company

·       Ability to lead a small team

·       English at a very good level
